If FunnelPool LLC offers a free trial, access will automatically expire at the end of the trial period unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

• Send spam or unsolicited communications.

• Violate SMS, email, privacy, or telecommunications laws.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws.

9. SMS & Email Compliance

If you use FunnelPool's email or SMS features, you are responsible for obtaining all required consent before sending communications.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• TCPA

• CAN-SPAM Act

• A2P 10DLC Requirements

• Applicable privacy laws

FunnelPool LLC is not responsible for violations resulting from your messaging practices.

10. GoHighLevel Account Transfer

If you request to transfer your FunnelPool-hosted GoHighLevel sub-account to another agency or your own standalone GoHighLevel account, a one-time transfer fee of $500 USD will apply.

Transfers will begin only after:

• Full payment of the transfer fee.

• Submission of a written request to our support team.

• Verification of the destination GoHighLevel account.

After the transfer is completed:

• FunnelPool LLC will no longer have administrative responsibility for the account.

• Future billing and technical support become the responsibility of the receiving agency or account owner.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that our Website or platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may temporarily interrupt service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunnelPool LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of business opportunities

• Data loss

• Business interruption

• Loss of goodwill
